Valentino Longo is an award-winning bartender based in Miami

With more than 15 years working in the hospitality industry, Valentino has led bars and created lauded bar programs around the world, starting at the famed Hotel De Russie in Rome, then the Ritz Hotel London, and launching the lobby bar at the Four Seasons Hotel and Residences at The Surf Club. He opened ViceVersa, the first bar on his own in June 2024 in Downtown Miami. He has wone many competitions and awards during his career, highlighted by being named Bombay Sapphire’s “Most Imaginative Bartender” in 2020.

Valentino Longo has developed a myriad of bar programs over the years, each given a distinct
story to tell. He assists each venue achieve their goals by creating an entire program from start-to-finish, training teams on bar 101 practices or general spirits overviews, refreshing cocktails or crafting an entire bespoke menu.

Experience includes Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla; Four Seasons Hotel Chicago; Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve; Amanyara; Amanera; Salamander Collection, and Norman’s Cay; among others.
